Résumé: ملخص: للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدائمة دور فعال للمساءلة الجنائية عن الانتهاكات التي تستهدف حقوق الإنسان أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، وهذا يعد من أقوى الضمانات التي تكفل احترام هذه الحقوق، حيث أن وجود هذا المحكمة يحول دون إفلات الأشخاص المسؤولين عن هذه الانتهاكات من المسؤولية والعقاب، ولهذا فقد كان للمحكمة دور مهم في متابعة ومعاقبة المجرمين الذين ارتكبوا جرائم دولية في إقليم أوغندا. كلمات مفتاحية: الجريمة الدولية، المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، قضية أوغندا. Abstract: The permanent International Criminal Court has an effective role for criminal accountability for violations of rights The human being during armed conflicts, and this is one of the strongest guarantees that respect these rights The existence of this court prevents the persons responsible for these violations from escaping responsibility and punishment, and for this reason the court has had an important role in following up and punishing criminals who have committed international crimes in the territory of Uganda.
