Résumé: ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن مدى مساهمة الحوكمة في التخفيض من حدة عدم تناظر المعلومات المالية على مستوى بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية، وذلك باستخدام التقنيات القياسية الحديثة لبيانات الزمنية المقطعية DATA PANEL) ( وكذلك من خلال توظيف منهجية التكامل المشترك واختبارات السببية وقد شملت عينة الدراسة مجموعة من المؤسسات المدرجة في بورصة عمان والبالغ عددها 10 مؤسسات موزعة على القطاعين الصناعي والخدماتي لمدة 12 سنة من ( 2004 إلى غاية 2015)، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت أهمها في إمكانية الحوكمة أن تساهم في التخفيض من حدة مشكل عدم تناظر المعلومات المالية في السوق العماني، مع ضرورة إلزام مؤسسات عينة الدراسة إلى التطبيق الجيد لقواعد ومبادئ الحوكمة خاصة مبدأ الإفصاح و الشفافية. Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the extent to which governance contributed to reducing the lack of symmetry of financial information at the ASE level using the latest standard techniques for data segmentation (PANEL), as well as through the use of the methodology of joint integration and causal tests. Of the 10 listed institutions in the industrial and services sectors for 12 years (2004 to 2015). The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the possibility of governance to contribute to reducing the problem of information asymmetry Financial institutions in the Omani market, with the need to oblige the institutions of the study sample to the good application of the rules and principles of governance, especially the principle of disclosure and transparency.
