الضغوط المهنية بين النساء العاملات ( الصراع بين الحياة المهنية والحياة الخاصة)- الحلول واستراتيجيات المواجهة.

Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال موضوع الضغوط المهنية للمرأة العاملة والاستراتيجيات المعتمدة في التقليل من حدتها، فالمرأة عليها عبء أكبر لأنها حتى وإن كانت تعمل خارج منزلها فإن ذلك لا يعفيها من المسؤولية المكلفة بها داخل بيتها اتجاه زوجها والعائلة التي تنتمي إليها ، فمحاولة المرأة التوفيق بين الحياة المهنية والحياة الخاصة قد يعرضها إلى ضغط نفسي نتيجة الصعوبات النابعة غالبا من العادات والتقاليد الأسرية التي تنظر إلى المرأة على أنها ركيزة البيت والمسؤولة عن نجاحه واستمراره هذا من جهة والصعوبات التي تواجهها في محيط ومكان العمل من جهة أخرى. This article deals with the topic of occupational pressure of working women and the strategies adopted to reduce their severity. Women have a greater burden because even if they work outside of her home, this does not relieve them of the responsibility entrusted to her in her home towards her husband and the family to which she belongs, so the woman’s attempt to reconcile life Professionalism and private life may expose her to psychological pressure as a result of the difficulties often stemming from family customs and traditions that see women as the pillar of the home and responsible for its success and continuity on the one hand and the difficulties they face in the vicinity and the workplace on the other hand.
