أنماط الشخصية لدى أساتذة اللغة العربية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة اللغة العربية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية غليزان

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط الشخصية لدى أساتذة اللغة العربية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي لولاية غليزان وفق مقياس TDS لآبتر حسب نظرية التقلبات النفسية لآبتر و لتحقيق ذلك قام الباحث بتطبيق مقياس (TDS ) ، الذي قام بترجمته من اللغة الفرنسية إلى اللغة العربية و تكييفه حسب البيئة الجزائرية على عينة من 378 أستاذ و أستاذة، و أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى سيادة النمط الهادف لدى أساتذة اللغة العربية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي ثم يليه النمط غير الهادف بنسبة ضعيفة ، و هذا يعني أن بعدا الجدية و التخطيط هما الغالبان على شخصية أساتذة اللغة العربية و هذا ما يجعل الأساتذة يميلون إلى التنافس و الإنجاز من أجل تحقيق الأهداف ، و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث بإجراء دراسات مماثلة على الأساتذة في جميع المراحل التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the personality patterns of Arabic language professors according to the TDS scale of Apter according to the theory of psychological Reversal of Apter, and to achieve this, the researcher applied the (TDS) scale, which he translated from the French language into Arabic and adapted it according to the Algerian environment on a sample 378 professors and professors. And the results of the study indicated the prevalence of the tilique pattern of Arabic language professors, followed by the para-tilique pattern at a weak rate, and this means that the dimensions of seriousness and planning are dominant over the personality of Arabic language professors, and this is what makes teachers with a million to compete and achieve in order to achieve goals, In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends conducting similar studies on professors at all educational levels.
