Résumé: The subject of this study was the concept of the educated elit in Algeria, whose educational policy had a prominent role in the emergence of intellectual Algeria which wos devided ot the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century into tixro prominent sections :the conservative elite the renewed elit, and internal contributed to the crystallization of its octivities , as we explained in this research , the works of the cultural elite and its role in the national movement . In conclusion , the study was about a famous figure who had a great role in the field of education and Mohammed Ben Rahal , we talked obout his life , his study ,his works and his death, and the cultural role and his attitudes of colonial lazs.
