Résumé: ا ملخص الدراسة: تمحورت دراستنا حول دور التدخل المبكر في تنمية الفهم الشفهي لدى أطفال التوحد، فكانت دراستنا هي دراسة مقارنة بين الفئة التي حظيت بتدخل مبكر و الفئة التي لم تحظى بتدخل مبكر، و للتحقق من صحة الفرضية المطروحة انه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الفئتين، اعتمدنا على منهج وصفي مقارن على عينة تكونت من 8حالات من أطفال لتوحد(6ذكور و 2إناث) 4حالات كان لها تدخل مبكر و 4حالات لم يكن لها تدخل مبكر التي تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية، بالاعتماد على أدوات جمع البيانات "اختبار خومسي لتقييم اللغة الشفهيةELO و اختبار مان وتني. - و بذلك أسفرت النتائج التي تحصلنا عليها بأن للتدخل المبكر دور في تنمية الفهم الشفهي لدى أطفال التوحد. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الفئة التي حظيت بتدخل مبكر و الفئة التي لم تحظى بتدخل مبكر. لكلمات المفتاحية: التدخل المبكر، الفهم الشفهي، اضطراب التوحد. Résumé d’étudem Our study focused on the role of early interventuion in developing oral understanding among autistic children. Our studay was a comparative studay between the group tha received early intervention and the group that did not receive early intervention. To verify the validity of the hypothesis put forward that there are statistically significan differences between the two groupe, we relied on the approach comparative descriptive on a sample of 8 cases of autistic children(males and females) 4cases had early intervention and 4 intentional way, based on ELO collection tools. Cases that did not have early intervention were selected. Date five test for oral language assessmen and mann test thus, the results we obtained showed that early we obtained showed that early intervention played a role in developing the psychological understanding of children with autism. There are statistically significant differences between the group that received early intervention and the group that did not receive early intervention.
