Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح أثر أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين أداء المؤسسة من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للبعد الاقتصادي في تحسين أداء المؤسسة من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. والى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للبعد القانوني، البعد الأخلاقي والبعد الخيري في تحسين أداء المؤسسة من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. The study aimed to clarify the impact of the dimensions of social responsibility in improving the performance of the institution from the perspective of the balanced scorecard, and the study found a statistically significant effect of the economic dimension in improving the performance of the institution from the perspective of the balanced scorecard. And to the absence of a statistically significant effect of the legal dimension, the ethical dimension and the charitable dimension in improving the performance of the institution from the perspective of the balanced scorecard.
