التصريح الجبائي الالكتروني وأهميته في إجراءات فرض الضريبة (the Electronic Tax Declaration And Its Importance In Taxation Procedures)

Résumé: الملخص: اعتماد التصريح الجبائي الالكتروني في الجزائر ضرورة أملتها التحولات الاقتصادية بسبب تطور مناخ الأعمال وانتشار سريع للتجارة الالكترونية، بالإضافة الى الوضعية الوبائية التي شهدها العالم بسبب انتشار فيروس كورونا. وفي إطار عصرنة الإدارة الجبائية الزم المشرع الجزائري بعض فئات الأشخاص المكلفين بتقديم التصريح الجبائي الكترونيا وعن بعد عبر تطبيق "جبايتك ". جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحديد مفهوم التصريح الجبائي الالكتروني والخصائص التي يتميز بها، بالإضافة الى ذلك إبراز نظامه القانوني وأهميته في إطار إجراءات فرض الضريبة وتبسيطها. Abstract: The adoption of the electronic tax declaration has become a necessity nowadays. And this is dictated by economic transformations due to the development of the business climate, the rapid spread of electronic commerce as well as to the epidemiological situation that our country has witnessed. And in the context of the modernization of the tax administration, the Algerian legislator made it an obligation for some categories of persons to make their tax declaration both electronically and remotely through the application of the “Jibayatic” program. This study is intended to define the concept of the electronic tax declaration and its characteristics, in addition to highlighting its legal system and its importance within the framework of tax imposition and its simplification procedures.
