التحولات الرقمية للإعلام التقليدي من منظور "التشكل العضوي" وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية (وأج) أنموذجا Digital Mutations Of Traditional Medias From The Perspective Of "organic Mediamorphosis" Theory, Algeria Press Service (aps) As A Model

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة أساسا إلى معرفة مستويات التحول الرقمي التي حققتها وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية باعتبارها احدى أهم المؤسسات الاعلامية في الجزائر من الناحية المهنية والتقنية وكذا مدى قدرتها على التأقلم مع البيئة الاتصالية الجديدة التي يشهدها القرن ال21، فضلا عن كونها دراسة تسعى إلى فهم أهمية التحولات الرقمية للإعلام التقليدي في عملية انتاج الأخبار أو بمعنى آخر كيف توازن الوكالة بين تقاليدها كوسيلة اعلامية كلاسيكية وبين الرهان التكنولوجي المفروض عليها في ظل التنافسية الشديدة في نقل الأخبار. وبناء على ذلك، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج هامة من أبرزها أن برنامج "فايل ووركس" مكن الوكالة من استيعاب الأوعية الاعلامية الجديدة كالصورة والصوت وتسخيرها لإنتاج الاخبار وحقق لها تحولا رقميا معتبرا، إلا أن الوكالة لازالت تواجه بعض التحديات المهنية الانتقالية المرتبطة أساسا بالتكوين والتنسيق بين مختلف الفاعلين في صناعة الاخبار بالإضافة إلى تحديد المسؤوليات المهنية في شكلها الرقمي الجديد. This study mainly aims to know the levels of the digital transformation that the Algerian Press Agency has reached as one of the most important media institutions in Algeria in both professional and technical terms, as well as the extent of its capacity to adapt to the new communication environment in the 21st century. In addition to being a study that seeks to understand the importance of digital media transformations. The traditional process of news production, in other words, how the agency balances its traditional media traditions and the technological bets imposed on it in light of the intense competition in news reporting. Consequently, this study yielded important results. Most notably are that the “File Works” program enabled the agency to absorb and exploit new media vectors, such as images and sound and harness them to produce news and achieved a significant digital transformation. However, the agency still faces professional transition challenges mainly related to training and coordination between the different actors in the information industry in addition to defining professional responsibilities in its new digital form.
