واقع إدمان المخدرات في المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: لاشك أن ظاهرة الإدمان على المخدرات أصبحت تشكل ظاهرة مرضية وغير سوية في كافة المجتمعات، وأضحت خطورتها تتزايد من مرحلة إلى أخرى، والجزائر إحدى الدول التي عرفت انتشار هذه الظاهرة المرضية في جميع أوساط المجتمع. ورغم الجهود المبذولة والمتواصلة في معالجة هذه الظاهرة من توفير الأدوات والآليات اللازمة والكفيلة بمعالجة هذه المعضلة ومنع انتشارها وتوسعها، إلا أن قدرة التحكم فيها لم تكن بالقدر المطلوب والمناسب. There is no doubt that the phenomenon of drug addiction has become a pathological and abnormal phenomenon in all societies, and its severity has become increasing from one stage to another, and Algeria is one of the countries that knew the spread of this pathological phenomenon in all circles of society. Despite the efforts made and continuing to address this phenomenon by providing the necessary tools and mechanisms to deal with this dilemma and preventing its spread and expansion, the ability to control it was not to the extent required and appropriate.
