إشكالية كتابة التاريخ الاقتصادي الجزائري من منظور الوثائق الأرشيفية

Résumé: يعتبر التاريخ الاقتصادي الجزائري من التخصصات الجديدة التي بدأت تحظى باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين، لما لها من دور مهم في محاكاة الواقع الاستعماري وكشف الممارسات المجسدة للمشروع الاستيطاني الذي دأبت الإدارة الفرنسية على ترسيخه في الجزائر طيلة الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1830-1962، وجعلها رقعة اقتصادية اوروبية بطريقة ممنهجة تقوم على أساس نفي الآخر. ويعتبر نفي الآخر عقيدة استعمارية بحتة مكنت السلطات الفرنسية من ربط الجزائر بها لمدة زمنية طويلة، حملت في طياتها العديد من الوقائع الاقتصادية التي نستخلصها من الوثائق الأرشيفية التي يجب توخي الحذر في التعامل معها لكشف الغموض عن جوانب مهمة من التاريخ الاقتصادي الجزائري. وعليه نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الحديث عن جزئية صغيرة من جزئيات التاريخ الاقتصادي الجزائري خلال الفترة الاستعمارية من منظور الوثائق الارشيفية التي استنتجنا من خلالها قراءتين الأولى تمثلت في التحليل التقليدي للوثيقة التي جاء فيها أن التطورات المالية والاقتصادية التي جاءت بها فرنسا هي ضرورة حضارية تحاكي الواقع الاستعماري وأن الجزائريين هم المسؤولون عن تدهور أوضاعهم، أما القراءة الثانية جاء في مختصرها أن كل ما قامت به فرنسا هو ممارسات استعمارية تصب في سياق ترسيخ الاستيطان. Algerian economic history is one of the new disciplines that are beginning to receive considerable attention by researchers, due to their important role in simulating the colonial reality and exposing the practices embodied in the settlement project that the French administration has been establishing in Algeria for the period between 1830 and 1962, and making it a European economic patch in a systematic way based on the negation of the other. The denial of the other is considered a purely colonial doctrine that enabled The French authorities to link Algeria to it for a long period of time. It carried many economic facts that we extract from the archival documents, which we must be careful in dealing with in order to reveal the ambiguity of important aspects of Algerian economic history. Through this research paper, we aim to discuss a small part of the Algerian economic history during the colonial period through the perspective of the archival documents through which we concluded two readings. The first was the traditional analysis of the document, which stated that the financial and economic developments of France are a civilizational necessity that mimics the colonial reality and that Algerians are responsible for the deterioration of their situation. The second reading, in its summary, stated that all that France has done is colonial practices that serve the context of the consolidation of settlement.
