اهمية الارشيف الديلوماسي في كتابة تاريخ العلاقات العثمانية الفرنسية

Résumé: ملخص البحث : يعتمد الباحث في التاريخ على الوثائق الأرشيفية كمصدرا أساسيا للكتابة التاريخ ، وذلك حسب مضمونها وما تشمل عليه من معلومات وتفسيرات للحقائق . يجد دارس التاريخ العثماني كما هائلا من الوثائق الموجودة في مركز الأرشيف التركي الذي يعتبر من رابع دور الأرشيفات العالمية من حيث كمية الوثائق ، الا أن دارس العلاقات العثمانية الفرنسية يتوجب عليه زيارة الأرشيف الفرنسي أيضا وخاصة الأرشيف الدبلوماسي للوزارة الخارجية الفرنسية لاحتوائه على مذكرات وتقارير ومراسلات قنصلية وسياسية واقتصادية تمكن الباحث من فهم طبيعة العلاقات العثمانية الفرنسية ودور القناصل والسياسة فرنسا في الدولة العثمانية ومختلف مقاطعاتها الكلمات المفتاحية : الأرشيف الدبلوماسي الفرنسي ، العلاقات العثمانية الفرنسية ، القناصل ، الحماية الفرنسية ، الامتيازات ، الوثائق . Abstract : The researcher in history depends on the archival documents as the main source of writing history ,according to their content and icludes information and interpretations of the facts. The student of Ottoman history finds in front of him a huge amount of documents in the center of the turkish archives , which is the fourth center of archives in the world in terms of the amount of document , But the student of the Ottoman-French relations also has to visit the French archives , especially the diplomatic archive of the French Foreign Ministry , because it contains memoir , reports , and consular , political and economic correspondence that enable the nature of the French Ottoman relations , the role of the consuls and the policy of France in the Ottoman Empire and its various provinces. .
