العوامل المؤثرة على مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى المراهق المتمدرس

Résumé: تدل الثقة بالنفس على التوافق السوي، و المرتبط بالصحة النفسية، و الأداء و الواقعية في التفكير و الشعور بالكفاءة،و الحيوية، و القدرة على تحمل الأزمات، و حسن التصرف فيها . بالتالي،إن وجود هذه الثقة لها تأثير على التحصيل الدراسي خاصة في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي و الثانوي باعتبار هذه المرحلتي تشهد تغيرات ملحوظة في حياة المراهق المتمدرس . فهي تلعب دورا بارزا في التغلب على كثير من الجوانب التي تعيق التحصيل العام ، مما تساعده على رفع كفاءته و ذلك بالاعتماد على نفسه، و في اتخاذ قرار سليم في مختلف المواقف ،ومواجهة المشكلات التي تعترضه و ذلك بإيجاد حل لها . The factors affecting the level of self-confidence among the teenager student Abstract : self confidence shows the normal compatibility which has a relationship with psychological health , performance ,realism in thinking, the feeling of efficiency, liveliness and the capacity to stand worries and have control on them . Therefore, the presence of self confidence has an effect on the result of studying especially during middle school and high school. Since ,at that stage, many remarkable changes occur in the life of the studying teenager which play a prominent role in overcoming the different sides which hinder the general result of studying ,Thus, this could be helpful to raise efficiency by relying on himself and making the right decision in different positions And facing worries that they meet by finding solutions for them .
