دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين وسائل الدفع الالكتروني

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني، وتم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إذ قمنا بالتعرف على مفاهيم كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ووسائل الدفع الالكتروني بإضافة إلى تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على هذه الوسائل، هذا في الجانب النظري. أما في الجانب التطبيقي تم استخدام استبانة وزعت على عينة من الموظفين في مديرية وحدة بريد الجزائر لولاية الوادي ومجموعة من المؤسسات البريدية التابعة لها، وتضمنت هذه الاستبانة محورين أساسيين؛ الأول يركز على واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في المؤسسة، والثاني تطرقنا فيه إلى وسائل الدفع الالكتروني وإجراءات الرقابة على أنظمتها وأيضا التحديات والمخاطر التي تواجهها، واتضح من الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائيةبين متغير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ووسائل الدفع الإلكتروني من خلال تأثير بعض الأبعاد في المحور الأولعلى أبعاد المحور الثاني. This study aims to identify the role of information and communication technology in improving electronic payment methods. The analytical descriptive approach has been applied. We have learned about the concepts of ICT and electronic payment methods in addition to the impact of ICT on these methods. On the applied side, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of staff in the Directorate of the Algeria Posteunite of the State of El-oued and a number of its postal institutions. The questionnaire included two main axes: the first focuses on the reality of ICT in the organization and the second axis we disccued the electronic paymentmethods, and the control procedures on their system. Also the challenges and risks which they face,The study revealed a statistically significant relationship between the variable of ICT and the means of electronic payment through the influence of some dimensions in the first axis on the dimensions of the second axis.
