المنظومة القانونية لحقوق الطفل في الجزائر
Résumé: وردت الأحكام القانونية الخاصة بحقوق الطفل في الدساتير الجزائرية، وكذا مختلف القوانين والأوامر والمراسيم الصادرة بشأن حقوق الطفل، و في الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل التي صدرت عام 1989. The legal provisions relating to the rights of the child were contained in the Algerian constitutions, as well as various laws, orders and decrees issued on the rights of the child, and in the International Convention on the Rights of the Child issued in 1989.
