جودة الحياة الوظيفية وعلاقتها بالرأسمال النفسي عند الأساتذة الجامعيين

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى كل من جودة الحياة الوظيفية والرأسمال النفسي عند عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين ومعرفة العلاقة بين أبعاد الرأسمال النفسي وجودة الحياة الوظيفية، كما هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة العوامل التي تزيد من جودة الحياة الوظيفية للأستاذ وكذا الرفع من قيمة رأسماله النفسي، وبلغ عدد المشاركين في الدراسة 187 أستاذا وأستاذة موزعين على 10 جامعات ومركزا جامعيا. ومن أجل الإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة اعتمدنا المنهج المختلط من خلال تطبيق مقياسين، الأول خاص بجودة الحياة الوظيفية للأستاذ والثاني خاص بالرأسمال النفسي، كما تم تدعيم المقياسين باستبيان مفتوح لجمع بيانات كيفية عن جودة الحياة الوظيفية والرأسمال النفسي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن مستوى جودة الحياة المهنية والرأسمال النفسي منخفض عند المشاركين في الدراسة مع وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والرأسمال النفسي بأبعاده الأربعة. Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the level of both the quality of work life and the psychological capital among a sample of university teachers, as well as to uncover the relationship between them. This study also aimed at revealing the factors that may participate in the increase of the teachers’ quality of work life and boost the psychological capital. The study sample consisted of 187 teachers from 10 universities and university centers. In order to answer the research questions we adopted the mixed method, and administered two scales to gather information: one is regarding the quality of work life and the other is about the teachers’ psychological capital. The two scales were also supplemented with open-ended questions to gather more in depth qualitative data . The study findings revealed that the level of the two variables was low among the study sample membres, and the correlation between the quality of work life and the four dimensions of the psychological capital was significant.
