الضغط النفسي المدرك وعلاقته بجودة الحياة لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين المؤقتين الأجراء

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الضغط النفسي المدرك ومستوى جودة الحياة، لدى عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين المؤقتين الأجراء، بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة يحي فارس بالمدية، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغط النفسي المدرك، وجودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي المؤقت الأجير، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي على عينة قوامها (31) أستاذ وأستاذة، ولقد قمنا بإتباع المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الارتباطي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع، ولاختبار الفرضيات استخدمنا مقياس الضغط النفسي المدرك لـكوهن وآخرون (1983،Cohen et all)، ومقياس جودة الحياة المختصر لمنظمة الصحة العالمية (1WHOQOL.199)،كما استخدمنا برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS النسخة 23 وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1- مستوى الضغط النفسي المدرك عند الأساتذة الجامعيين المؤقتين الأجراء بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة يحي فارس بالمدية متوسط. 2- مستوى جودة الحياة عند الأساتذة الجامعيين المؤقتين الأجراء بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة يحي فارس بالمدية متوسط. 3- توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط النفسي المدرك و جودة الحياة لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين المؤقتين الأجراء بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة يحي فارس بالمدية. This study aimed to identify the level of perceived psychological stress and the level of quality of life, among a sample of temporary university professors, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea. It also aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between perceived psychological stress and quality of life among temporary university professors, where the descriptive correlational approach was used on a sample of (31) male and female professors. We followed the descriptive approach with its correlational style to suit the nature of the subject, and to test the hypotheses we used the Cohen et al. (1983, Cohen et all) perceived psychological stress scale, and the World Health Organization abbreviated quality of life scale (WHOQOL.1991). We also used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 23 program and reached the following results: 1- The level of perceived psychological stress among temporary university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea is average. 2- The level of quality of life among temporary university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea is average. 3- There is a statistically significant correlation between perceived psychological stress and quality of life among temporary university professors employed at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea.
