دور نماذج صفوف الانتظار في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الجزائرية دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بسكرة(أحمد قبايلي بن رمضان)-the Role Of Queues Models In Improving Theperformance Of Algerian Enterprises A Case Study Of Public Enterprise For Neighborhood Health In Biskra (ahmad Kabaili Bin Ramadan)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور استخدام نماذج صفوف الانتظار في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الجزائرية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم صياغة نموذج صفوف الانتظار وحله باستخدام برمجية الطرق الكمية (QM for Windows)، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بسكرة (أحمد قبايلي بن رمضان) خلال الفترة الممتدة من 05/03/2017 إلى 30/04/2017. توصلت الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج بديل لتحسين الوضع الحالي الموجود في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث ساهم هذا البديل في تحسين جميع مؤشرات الأداء. This study aims at identifying the role of using the queues models in improving the performance of Algerian enterprises. To achieve this objective, the queue model has been formulated and solved by using a quantitative methods for windows. This study was applied in the Public Enterprise for Neighborhood Health in Biskra (Ahmed Kbaili Bin Ramadan) from 05/03/2017 to 30/04/2017. The study presented an alternative model to improve the current situation in the enterprise under study, which contributed to the improvement of all performance indicators.
