شروط ممارسة الأنشطة التجارية في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: الملخص تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع شروط ممارسة الأنشطة التجارية في التشريع الجزائري، من حيث أن هذا الأخير يعتبر نتاج الإصلاحات المواكبة لتوجهات الجديدة للجزائر في الميدان الاقتصادي ،إضافة إلى الأحكام المستحدثة التي مست القانون 04/08 المعدل والمتمم التي أصدرها سنة 2018، وقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج التحليلي، وكنتيجة متوصل إليها أن الشروع في إصدار النصوص التنظمية للقانون 08/04 يفرض التطبيق العملي لمواده Pإلا أنه يجب العمل على التقديم الإلكتروني للوثائق الملحقة بالاستمارة، والتي تقتضي التحكم في التكنولوجيا والنظم الرقمية من طرف جميع الفاعلين الاقتصاديين والاجتماعيين. Summary In this study, we addressed the issue of the conditions for practicing commercial activities in Algerian legislation, since the latter is considered the product of reforms that keep pace with Algeria’s new trends in the economic field, in addition to the new provisions that affected Law 04/08, amended and supplemented, which it issued in 2018. Reliance was placed on The analytical approach, and the conclusion reached is that the commencement of issuing the regulatory texts of Law 08/04 imposes the practical application of its articles. However, work must be done on electronic submission of the documents attached to the form, which requires control of technology and digital systems by all economic and social actors
