تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في المؤسسات الإستشفائية من وجهة نظر الزبون- دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالوادي بن عمر الجيلاني

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع جودة الخدمة الصحية المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بالوادي –بن عمر الجيلاني-ومدى رضا المرضىعنها، وذلك من خلال الإشكالية التالية: "ما مدى رضا المرضىعن جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية –بن عمر الجيلاني- بالوادي؟"، ومن أجل معالجة هذه الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على أداة مقننة تمثلت في الاستبيان لمعرفة تقييم المرضى لجودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة لهم، بالإضافة إلى معرفة فيما إذا كان هناك اختلاف في تقييمهم لأبعاد جودة الخدمة الصحية تعود لعدة عوامل من أبرزها الخصائص الديمغرافية، مصلحة الإقامة، محل السكن...إلخ. أسفرت النتائج العملية لهذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك رضاللمرضى وبدرجة مرتفعة على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالوادي –بن عمر الجيلاني- عند مستوى معنوية (0.05)، وكذلك إلى عدم وجود فروق بين اتجاهات المرضى في تقييمهم لأبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى للخصائص الديمغرافية، وذلك من خلال نتائج كل من المتوسطات الحسابية، الإنحرافات المعيارية، اختبار Zللعينة البسيطة الواحدة، تحليل التباين الأحادي ANOVAعن طريق كل من برنامج SPSSV.25وبرنامج MINITABV.17واللذان استخدما لمعالجة البيانات واستخراج النتائج وتحليلها. This study aims to recognize the reality of health service quality provided by the Public Hospital in Wilayaof ELOUED –BEN OMAR EL DJILANI- and the satisfaction of the patients through the following problem: " How satisfied are patients with the quality of health services provided by the Public Hospital in Wilayaof ELOUED –BEN OMAR EL DJILANI-from the point of view of the customer? ", In order to address this problem, we relied on a standardized tool in the questionnaire to assess patients' assessment of the quality of health services provided to them, as well as whether there was a difference in their assessment of the quality of health service due to several factors Most notably Demographic characteristics, residency interest, place of residence…etc. Among the results obtained in this study, there was a high level of satisfaction with the quality of health services provided by the Public Hospital in Wilaya of ELOUED –BEN OMAR EL DJILANI- at a significant level (0.05). There was also no difference between patients' attitudes in their assessment of the quality of health services provided In the study institution due to the demographic characteristics, by means of the results of the arithmetical averages, the standard deviations, the one simple Z test, the one way analysis of variance ANOVA by SPSS V.25 and MINITAB V.17, which were used for data processing and extraction Results And analysis
