Résumé: سعر الصرف يعتبر مرآة مركز الدولة التجاري مع العالم الخارجي من خلال العلاقة بين الصادرات والواردات، حيث يمثل الأداة التي تعكس البيانات الأساسية للاقتصاد محل الدراسة ممثَّلة مؤشرا على مدى اتصال الاقتصاد المحلي بالاقتصاد العالمي من خلال القدرة التنافسية له، بمعنى آخر أن القيمة الخارجية للعملة المحلية لا تعدو أن تكون قدرة المنتجات المحلية من السلع والخدمات والأصول على اختراق الأسواق العالمية ذات المستوى العالي من التنافسية. كما ترتبط قوى العرض والطلب على عملة بلد ما بوضعية الميزان التجاري حيث يلعب في هذا الصدد سعر الصرف ومختلف السياسات المرتبطة به دورا هاما في وضعية الميزان (عجز أو فائض) عند مختلف مستويات استجابة الصادرات والواردات (المتعلقة بجميع القطاعات الاقتصادية). تهدف دراستنا إلى أهمية تأثير السياسة الداخلية المنتهجة على حركة سعر العملة وبالتالي تعزيز قيمتها دوليا أو تدهورها مترتبا عنها ضعف أو قوة المركز التجاري للدولة على الصعيد العالمي. The exchange rate is considered the mirror of the state’s commercial position with the outside world through the relationship between exports and imports, as it represents the tool that reflects the basic data of the economy under study represented an indication of the extent of the local economy’s connection to the global economy through its competitiveness, in other words that the external value of the local currency for local products, goods, services and assets to penetrate the highly competitive global markets. The forces of supply and demand for a country's currency are also related to the position of the trade balance, in which the exchange rate and the various policies associated with it play an important role in the position of the balance (deficit or surplus) at the various levels of response to exports and imports (related to all economic sectors). Our study aims at the importance of the effect of the adopted domestic policy on the movement of the currency's price and thus enhancing its value internationally or its deterioration resulting from the weakness or strength of the country's commercial position on the global level.
