آثار تقلبات أسعار الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات دراسة قياسية -حالة الجزائر-

Résumé: This study aims to analyze the relationship between exchange rate fluctuations and balance of payments by selecting various theoretical mechanism of exchange rate and balance of payments components in addition to address the interactive relationship between them , this is based on the econometric method through the use of bounds test of co-integration and error correction model ( ECM ) based on autoregressive distributed lag ( ARDL ) . The objective is to verify a long term relationship between all variables of the study ( the trade balance , exchange rate and the price of oil ) in Algeria during the period ( 1990 – 2014 ) . The applied results indicated a relationship between balance of trade deficit and oil price due to the nature of the algerian economy , but this relationship was weak with respect to the exchange rate , which applies also to study causality tests where results showed that this relationship exists between trade balance and price of oil but is virtually non-existent in terms of exchange rate .تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين تقلبات سعر الصرف و رصيد ميزان المدفوعات من خلال تحديد مختلف الجوانب النظرية الخاصة بآلية الصرف و مكونات ميزان المدفوعات إضافة إلى التطرق للعلاقة بينهما،و هذا بالإعتماد على الاسلوب القياسي من خلال إستعمال إختبار الحدود للتكامل المشترك و نموذج تصحيح الخطأ المستند على مقاربة الإنحدار الذاتي للمتباطئات الزمنية الموزعة و هذا للتحقق من وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين متغيرات الدراسة المتمثلة في الميزان التجاري و سعر الصرف و سعر البترول في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2014،و اشارت النتائج التطبيقية إلى وجود علاقة جوهرية بين رصيد الميزان التجاري و سعر البترول نظرا لطبيعة الإقتصاد الجزائري و لكن هذه العلاقة كانت ضعيفة فيما يخص سعر الصرف،و هو الأمر الذي ينطبق كذلك على الإختبارات الخاصة بدراسة السببية حيث بينت النتائج أن هذه العلاقة موجودة بين الميزان التجاري و سعر البترول لكنها تكاد تكون معدومة فيما يخص سعر الصرف.
