تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في المعاملات المالية النقود الرقمية نموذجا

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة كيفية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المعاملات المالية مع أخذ النقود الرقمية كنموذج .فقد اجتاح التطور التكنولوجي كافة المجالات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية، و أسفر عنه ظهور علم الذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي يسعى الى فهم طبيعة الذكاء الانساني بالاعتماد على برامج الحاسوب القادرة على محاكاة السلوك الانساني الذكي، ومن ثم القدرة على حل مسألة ما أو اتخاذ قرار بناء على المعلومات الاستدلالية التي غذي بها هذا البرنامج. لقد أحدث الذكاء الاصطناعي طفرة كبيرة في مجال المعاملات المالية عن طريق ما يسمى بالعقود الذكية التي تعتمد على تقنيات حديثة من شأنها أن تشكل تحديا جديدا لمنظومة العقود التقليدية . تعتبر النقود الرقمية احدى تطبيقات العقود الذكية، و لقد انتشر استعمالها بشكل كبير و أصبحت بحاجة الى نصوص قانونية تنظمها. This research aims to know how artificial intelligence is used in financial transactions, using digital currencies as a model. Technological advancements have penetrated all social and economic fields, leading to the emergence of artificial intelligence, which seeks to understand the nature of human intelligence by relying on computer programs capable of simulating intelligent human behavior. This enables them to solve a problem or make a decision based on the inferential information that the program is fed. Artificial intelligence has brought about a significant breakthrough in the field of financial transactions through what is known as smart contracts, which rely on modern technologies that can pose a new challenge to traditional contract systems. Digital currencies are one of the applications of smart contracts, and their use has spread widely, necessitating legal texts to regulate them.
