تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي و دورها في تفعيل الصناعة السياحية الرقمية رؤية تحليلية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (2020-2000)

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية ودعم الصناعة السياحية الرقمية على الصعيدين الوطني و العالمي ، فهو يعد من أهم الاستراتيجيات التي توفر المعلومات السياحية الرقمية الخاصة باتخاذ القرارات الهامة في المجال السياحي. و لتحقيق أهداف هاته الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض المفاهيم و التوصل إلى نتائج، التي خلصت في جُلًها إلى ما يلي: - تُعد تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي من أهم الوسائل المعتمدة من قبل صناع القرار في المجل السياحي ؛وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام السلطات الجزائرية بتفعيل استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لخلق بيئة سياحية رقمية مناسبة . الكلمات المفتاحية: تقنيات؛ ذكاء؛إصطناعي؛سياحة ؛رقمية. تصنيف JEL: O31 ;O32 ;Z32. Abstract: This study seeks to highlight the importance of applying artificial intelligence technologies in the development and support of the digital tourism industry at the national and global levels, as it is one of the most important strategies that provide digital tourism information for making important decisions in the tourism field. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive and analytical approach was followed in presenting concepts and reaching results, which concluded in large part the following: - artificial intelligence technologies are one of the most important means adopted by decision makers in the Tourism Council; the study recommends that the Algerian authorities pay attention to activating the use of artificial intelligence Keywords: Technologies; intelligence artificial; tourism; digital.
