The Banking Risks Surrounding Banking Operations In The Light Of The Global Repercussions Resulting From The Pandemic Of Corona (covid-19)

Résumé: The spread of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) throughout the world during the first six months of 2020 resulted in a health crisis that affected all countries of the world, the latter sought to take a set of measures and deterrent and strict measures to address it by various necessary means, which led to Most of the economic and financial sectors stopped working and consequently the emergence of economic and financial repercussions that ravaged all the economic systems and sectors, particularly the financial crisis that hit most financial and banking systems across the world in 2008. Among the sectors affected by the Corona pandemic is the banking sector, which has created a number of banking risks that stand in the way of its progress and achievement of banking and financial objectives. لقد نجم عن انتشار جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) عبر أرجاء أنحاء العالم خلال السداسي الأول من سنة 2020 أزمة صحية مست كل دول العالم، فقد سعت هاته الأخير إلى اتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات والتدابير الردعية والصارمة للتصدي لها بمختلف الوسائل الضرورية، وهو ما أدى إلى توقف أغلب القطاعات الاقتصادية والمالية عن العمل وبالتالي ظهور تداعيات اقتصادية ومالية عصفت بجميع الأنظمة والقطاعات الاقتصادية لاسيما المتقدمة منها، فلم تستثني لا قطاع المحروقات ولا قطاع الصناعة ولا قطاع التجارة ولا قطاع السياحة ولا قطاع النقل والمواصلات ولا القطاع البنكي والمالي، فقد لاح في الأفق أزمة اقتصادية ومالية أشد تأثيرا من سابقاتها، خاصة الأزمة المالية التي عصفت بأغلب الأنظمة المالية والبنكية عبر دول العالم سنة 2008. فمن بين القطاعات التي تأثرت بجائحة كورونا نجد القطاع البنكي، وهو ما خلق للمؤسسات البنكية جملة من المخاطر البنكية التي تعترض سير تقدمها وتحقيقها للأهداف البنكية والمالية.
