Résumé: One of the repercussions of the 2008 financial crisis and its repercussions is the emergence of a new vision of investment and financing. Through these new changes, the various traditional methods of financing investment will disappear, as well as the transfer of money, and this to make room for the digital financial worlds and industrial intelligence that will revolutionize the financial and financial field. Banks and financial institutions must keep pace. In this regard, financial and banking stability is the primary concern of the global financial system. The blockchain system is considered as the latest technological evolution to modernize and digitize the banking activity as a whole and thus change the parameters of financial operations. From there, it is necessary to determine the framework and the role that the blockchain system will play in the activation of financial and banking stability. . Based on the deductive approach and presenting the different concepts and challenges related to the blockchain system, as well as some young experiences of some Arab countries, the objective of our research is to link the role of the activation of the blockchain system the stability of the financial and banking system
