Résumé: ملخص الدارسة: جاءت دارستنا بعنوان استخدام الوسائط الرقمية بالإدارة المحلية ود ورها في تفعيل الخدمة العمومية وانطلقت دارستنا من إشكالية كيف تستخدم ، - دارسة د راسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس بالأغواط الوسائط الرقمية بالإدارة المحلية وما دوره في تفعيل الخدمة العمومية؟ ومنه تتفرع الاسئلة الفرعية التالية: . كيف تستخدم الوسائط الرقمية بإدارة المحلية لمؤسسة موبيليس بالاغواط ؟ 1 . ما دور الوسائط الرقمية في تطوير الإدارة المحلية ؟ 2 . إلى أي مدى أثر استخدام الوسائط الرقمية بالإدارة على تفعيل الخدمات العمومية؟ 3 و نهدف من خلال دارستنا الى التعرف على الوسائط الرقمية ودورها في تطوير الاداارت المحلية و التعرف على أهمية استخدام الوسائط الرقمية بالإدارة المحلية لمؤسسة موبيليس وكالة الاغواط كما نهدف الى معرفة دور الوسائط الرقمية في تطوير الإدارة المحلية لمؤسسة موبيليس وكالة الاغواط ومعرفة أثر استخدامها على تفعيل الخدمات العمومية و التعرف على انعكاساتها على العمال والمتعاملين. حيث استعملنا المنهج الوصفي كمنهج لدارستنا كما استخدمنا اداة جمع البيانات الاستبيان لجمع بينات عاملا بمؤسسة موبيليس وكالة الاغواط والتي اوصلتنا الى النتائج التالية: 21دارستنا المكونة من . المؤسسة الخدماتية موبيليس وكالة الأغواط طورت من ادارتها التقليدية الى حد ما كما انها 1 زودت عمالها بأجهزة الكترونية وهذا لمواكبة التطور الحاصل في مجال استخدام الوسائط الرقمية الحديثة من اجل اس تقطاب الزبائن والتفوق على منافسيها من المؤسسات الاتصالية الأخرى بالبلاد. . استخدام المؤسسة الخدماتية موبيليس وكالة الأغواط للوسائط الرقمية ساهم في زيادة القدرة 2 على حل المشاكل وتوفير المعلومات الحديثة وتطوير سيرورة العمل داخل المؤسسة كما ساهمت في اتخاذ الق راارت بفعالية وانسياب المعلومات بشكل سريع. . استخدام المؤسسة الخدماتية موبيليس وكالة الأغواط للوسائط الرقمية ساهم من استقطاب 3 العملاء وكسب رضا الجماهير. Study summary: Our study entitled the use of digital media in local administration and its role in activating public service A case study of the Mobilis Foundation in Laghouat, and our study started from the problem of how to use digital media in the local administration and what is its role in activating public service? Through our study, we aim to identify digital media and their role in the development of local administrations and to identify the importance of using digital media in the local administration of the Mobilis Corporation and the Agency of Laghouat. On its repercussions on workers and dealers. Where we used the descriptive approach as a method for our study, and we also used the data collection tool, the questionnaire, to collect the data of our study, which consisted of 20 workers at the Mobilis Corporation, Agency of Laghouat, which led us to the following results: 1.
