الكفابات التعليمية لمربي الاطفال من ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية الخفيفة و المتوسطة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى أداء مربي الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية ( الخفيفة و المتوسطة) للكفايات التعليمية ( كفاية التخطيط، كفاية ضبط و إدارة القسم، كفاية التنفيذ، كفاية التقويم) ببعض المراكز البيداغوجية للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا بولاية سطيف، إضافة إلى دراسة الاختلاف في مستويات الأداء في ضوء بعض المتغيرات ( نوع الإعاقة المتكفل بها، تخصص المربي، سنوات الأقدمية في المهنة، المستوى التعليمي، الجنس). و لتحقيق هذا الهدف انتهجت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي معتمدة على شبكة ملاحظة مصممة و معدة من طرفها، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 مربي موزعين على ثلاث مراكز بيداغوجية بولاية سطيف: مركز حي 300 مسكن، مركز العلمة2 و مركز حمام السخنة. و أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - وجود مستوى مرتفع في أداء مربي الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية ( الخفيفة و المتوسطة) للكفايات التعليمية (كفاية التخطيط، كفاية ضبط و إدارة القسم، كفاية التنفيذ، كفاية التقويم). - عدم وجود اختلافات في مستويات أداء مربي الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية ( الخفيفة والمتوسطة) للكفايات التعليمية باختلاف نوع الإعاقة المتكفل بها، باختلاف تخصص المربي، باختلاف المستوى التعليمي، باختلاف سنوات الأقدمية في المهنة و باختلاف الجنس. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The current study aimed at assessing performance level of childcare providers for mild and moderate intellectually disabled students in terms of their teaching skills (planning the lessons, classroom management, presentation and assessment). The study took place in the pedagogical centers for mentally disabled children in the state of Sétif studying the difference in performance levels in light of some variables (the type of disability cared for, the specialty of the educator, years of experience in the profession, educational level, gender). To achieve the study objective, the researcher utilized a descriptive research design rwliying on a set of notes taken by her. The study sample is comprised of 30 educators from three different pedagogical centers in Setif: 300 neighbourhood center, Al Alma 2 center, Hammem A_Sokhna center. *The researcher came up with that: - A high level of performance was noted by the educators for mild and moderate intellectual disabilities students. - There are no differences in performance levels for educators of mentaly disabled learners with different disabilities, different educational level and specialty for teachers, years of experience and gender.
