معوقات قانونية وسياسية للمشاركة السياسية للمرأة في العالم العربي

Résumé: ملخص: رغم المكانة المتميزة والدور الاستراتيجي للمرأة في الدول العربية وفعاليتها في تحريك التنمية بالنظام الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي، إلا أن مشاركتها المجتمعية ولا سيما السياسية منها بقيت محدودة رغم الحقوق التي أقرتها لها مختلف المواثيق الدولية والدساتير والتشريعات الداخلية، وعليه تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تقدم تحليلا لواقع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العربية من خلال معالجة إشكال يتمحور حول العوائق التي تواجه تنمية هذه المشاركة وتبطئ تفعيلها. Summary: women represent half of the Arab countries, so it is the energy of these countries, despite its participation in power remains limited and modest, despite the rights guaranteed to it by the various constitutions and national laws. This study will present an analysis of the reality of the political participation of women in Arabic and this through the treatment of a problematic that revolves around the political rights of the woman and difficulties to which the exercise of these rights is confronted.
