معوقات ممارسة المرأة للحقوق السياسية في الوطن العربي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للوقوف عند أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تجسيد ممارسة فعلية للحقوق السياسية لدى المرآة العربية. فبعد الخطابات التي راجت حول دور المرأة في التنمية وما يرفقها من مشاركة سياسية لها، يثبت الواقع أن هذه المشاركة لم تكن غلا على المستوى النظري، ما عدا تلك المحاولات المندثرة هنا وهناك لتقلد المرآة لبعض المناصب القيادية، وهي في حقيقة الأمر مشاركة شكلية. ولقد توصلنا إلى وجود العديد من المعوقات ذات الطبيعة المختلفة، منها ما يتعلق بالجانب القانوني، ومنها ما يتعلق بالجانب الديني ومنها ما يتعلق بالجانب الثقافي الاجتماعي، ومنها ما يتعلق بالمرأة نفسها وبنظرتها للمشاركة في الحياة السياسية his research paper aims to identify the most important obstacles that prevent the actualization of the actual exercise of political rights in the Arab mirror. After the speeches about the role of women in development and the accompanying political participation, the reality proves that this participation was not glorified at the theoretical level, except those attempts that are scattered here and there to mirror the mirror of some leadership positions, which is in fact a formality. We have found many obstacles of a different nature, including the legal aspect, including the religious aspect, including the cultural and social aspect, including the woman herself and her view of participating in political life
