أثر التسويق الداخلي على إعتمادية الخدمة الصحية(دراسة حالة على الكادر الطبي والإداري بمصحة ابن حيان الوادي)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر التسويق الداخلي بأبعاده(التدريب، التحفيز، التعيين والإتصال الداخلي) على اعتمادية الخدمة الصحية، مع وجود الإتصال الداخلي كمتغير وسيط، دراسة على عينة 52 فرداً من (الكادر الطبي والإداري) في مصحة ابن حيان الخاصة بالوادي، من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها؛ وجود أثر مباشر ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للتعيين والتحفيز على الإتصال الداخلي وعلى اعتمادية الخدمة الصحية، وكذا وجود أثر غير مباشر ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للتعيين والتحفيز والتدريب على اعتمادية الخدمة الصحية من خلال الإتصال الداخلي كمتغير وسيط جزئي . This study aims to know the effect of internal marketing dimensions (training, motivation, recruitment and internal communication) on the reliability of the health service, with the presence of internal communication as an intermediary variable, a study on a sample of 52 individuals (medical and administrative staff) in the Ibn Hayane clinic of Eloued, of the most important results The existence of a statistically significant positive direct effect of recruitment and motivation on internal communication and the reliability of the health service, as well as the existence of a statistically significant positive indirect effect of the appointment, motivation and training on the reliability of health service through internal communication as a partial intermediate variable.
