الحمايــــــــــــــة القانونيـــــــــة للثروة الغابيــــــــــــة في ظل قانون 23/21

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة اولا الى ابراز الدور الهام الذي تلعبه الغابات في الجزائر وفوائدها المتعددة على الصعيد الايكولوجي و الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي و البيئي . كما تهدف الدراسة ايضا الى الكشف عن الانظمة القانونية الوطنية المتعلقة بحماية الغابات و كيفية ادارتها ، بالإضافة الى ابراز مدى اهتمام المشرع الجزائري بالثروة الغابية من خلال سن العديد من القوانين المهتمة بالمجال الغابي او قوانين ذات الصلة ، و لعل اخرها القانون رقم 23/21 المتعلق بالغابات و الثروات الغابية الذي وضع اليات وقائية و ردعية من اجل حماية هذه الثروات الهامة. Abstract: The study aims first to highlight the important role played by forests in Algeria and its multiple benefits on the ecological, economic, social and environmental levels. The study also aims to reveal the national legal systems related to forest protection and how to manage them in addition to highlight the extent of the Algerian legislators interest in forest wealth through the enactment of many laws concerned with the forest field or related laws perhaps the most recent of which is law n 23/21 related to forest and forest resources wich has established preventive and deterrent mechanisms in order to protect these important resources.
