Résumé: This study deals with the subject of the American-Iranian relation in agreement and disagreement, especially after major transformations in the Middle East in general and the Persian Gulf. After the revolutions of the Arab Spring, contributing to Iranian influence in the Arab world, in addition to the fall of the Iraqi system and its President Saddam Hussein in 2003, which helped Iran's penetration into Baghdâd through the support of a large number of Iraqi Chiaa heading to Tehran. Thus the emergence of Iran as a force playing a key role as a regional actor by updating systems for the possession of nuclear weapons, which is a real threat to the interests of the United States of America in the Gulf Persian Through this study, we approach the important stages of consensus represented in the nuclear deal, which constitutes a great achievement, by accepting the Iranian nuclear program, for peaceful purposes. The conflict stages are realized in the strategic threats of Strait of Hormuz and the possibilities of its closure, and the Iranian threats to the United States and its allies by its missiles close to the targets; plus the Iranian existence in the Middle East through its representatives, which expressed its concerns, by the international community led by the United States of America, of the presence of the military dimension. These relationships were concluded through three scenarios to know the future of this relationship.
