تاثير المخاطر المدركة اتجاه نظام الحجز الإلكتروني على نية الحجز عبر الإنترنت - دراسة إستقصائية لعينة من العملاء

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير المخاطر المدركة على نية الحجز الإلكتروني عبر الوكالات السياحية. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان شمل 120 مشاركًا، حيث تم تقييم ستة أبعاد للمخاطر المدركة: مخاطر المعاملة، مخاطر القناة، المخاطر الاجتماعية، المخاطر المالية، مخاطر الوقت، ومخاطر الأمان والخصوصية. أظهرت النتائج أن المشاركين يدركون مستوى مرتفعًا من المخاطر، خاصة في الجوانب المالية والأمنية والزمنية. كما كشف تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط عن وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المخاطر المدركة ونية الحجز الإلكتروني، مما يشير إلى أن زيادة الوعي بالمخاطر قد يعزز نية الحجز من خلال اتخاذ تدابير احترازية تزيد الثقة في الأنظمة الإلكترونية. توصي الدراسة بتعزيز الأمان والشفافية، وتوفير الدعم والتثقيف للمستخدمين لتقليل المخاطر المدركة وتشجيع استخدام أنظمة الحجز الإلكتروني This study aims to analyze the impact of perceived risks on the intention to book electronically through travel agencies. Data were collected using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 120 participants, evaluating six dimensions of perceived risks: transaction risk, channel risk, social risk, financial risk, time risk, and security and privacy risk. The results showed that participants have a high level of risk perception, especially in financial, security, and time aspects. The simple linear regression analysis revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between perceived risks and the intention to book electronically, indicating that increased awareness of risks may enhance booking intention by taking precautionary measures that increase confidence in electronic systems. The study recommends enhancing security and transparency, providing support and education to users to reduce perceived risks, and encouraging the use of electronic booking systems
