العناقيد الصناعية الإستراتيجية البديلة لتعزيز تنافسية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة- الجزائر نموذجاً.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية العناقيد الصناعية في تفعيل العلاقات التشابكية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وكيف يمكن لها أن تدعم وتعزز تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني هذا الموضوع الذي تزايدت أهميته في معظم دول العالم اليوم برامج تنموية قائمة على دعم العناقيد الصناعية، للرفع من مستوى النمو وتحسين التنافسية على مستوى الصناعي والاقتصادي ككل. و أظهرت النتائج أن السمة التي تغلب على العناقيد الصناعية في الجزائر، أن هذه الأخيرة نشأت بطريقة عفوية دون دراسة أو تخطيط ممنهج من أصحاب القرار، كذلك نقص الكفاءات وغياب الدعم و التحفيز بما فيها الدعم المالي للمؤسسات الصناعية ومرافقتها للوصول لأفضل النتائج. This study aims to identify the importance of industrial clusters in activating the networking relationships of small and medium enterprises, and how they can support and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy. This topic has increased in importance in most countries of the world today, development programs based on supporting industrial clusters, to raise the level of growth and improve competitiveness. At the industrial and economic level as a whole. The results showed that the feature that dominates the industrial clusters in Algeria is that the latter arose in a spontaneous manner without systematic study or planning by the decision-makers, as well as the lack of competencies and the absence of support and motivation, including financial support for industrial enterprises and their accompaniment to reach the best results.
