دور الاستثمارات العمومية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1990-2018

Résumé: خلصت هذه الدراسة الى تأثير البرامج التنموية على التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر حيث كان هذا التأثير جيد لحد ما لكون ان القطاعات الاقتصادية المساهمة في النمو الاجمالي وبالخصوص المحروقات والفلاحة والصناعة تتأثر بعوامل خارجية مما يضعف دور هاته البرامج ،كما ان هاته البرامج التنموية كان لها الاثر في مواجهة مشكلة البطالة و تحقيق التوازن التنموي ، وما واجهته من عوائق جعلت تأثيرها ينحصر بسبب سوء التصرف في المخصصات لكل برنامج وانخفاض اسعار البترول، وعموما يمكن القول ان البرامج التنموية ساهمت في اعطاء ديناميكية جديدة للاقتصاد الوطني ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية رغم هيمنة العائدات النفطية عليه مقابل ارتفاع الاستثمارات العمومية. This study concluded with the effect of development programs on economic development in Algeria, where this effect was good to some extent because the economic sectors that contribute to the overall growth, especially hydrocarbons, agriculture and industry, are affected by external factors, which weakens the role of these programs, and these development programs have had an effect in confronting The problem of unemployment and achieving the developmental balance, and the obstacles it faced made its impact limited due to the mishandling of the allocations for each program and the drop in oil prices, and In general, it can be said that development programs have contributed to giving a new dynamism to the national economy and supporting economic development despite the dominance of oil revenues in return for higher public investment.
