الأنماط القيادية و تأثيرها على السلوك التنظيمي في المؤسسة الجزائريةleadership Styles And Their Impact On Organizational Behavior In The Algerian Institution

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الأنماط القيادية على السلوك التنظيمي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الأنماط القيادية الأكثر سـيادة في المؤسسات الجزائرية، وتحديد صور الأنماط التنظيمـية و انعكاسها على السلوك التنظيمي اذ يعد النمط القيادي من أهم العوامل المؤثرة على المؤسسة عموما و على السلوك التنظيمي بالأخص.و منه يمكن طرح التساؤل التالي: ما مدى اثر النمط القيادي على السلوك التنظيمي ؟ This study aimed to identify the impact of leadership styles on organizational behavior in economic institutions in Algeria. The study also aimed to identify the most dominant leadership styles in Algerian institutions, and to identify the images of organizational patterns and their reflection on organizational behavior, as the leadership style is one of the most important factors affecting the institution in general and the organizational behavior in particular. From it, the following question can be asked: What is the impact of the leadership style On organizational behavior?
