دور الأنماط القيادية في تفعيل أبعاد الالتزام التنظيمي- دراسة ميدانية بجامعة العربي التبسي - تبسة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور الأنماط القيادية في تفعيل أبعاد الالتزام التنظيمي، ولمعرفة ذلك تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 150 مفردة، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، و الاعتماد على مخرجات برنامج SPSS26 لاستخراج النتائج، واعتماد المنهج الفرضي الاستنتاجي لتحليل النتائج ، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأنماط القيادة على الالتزام التنظيمي. This study aimed to identify the role of leadership styles in activating the dimensions of organizational commitment, and to find out this, a random sample consisting of 150 individuals was chosen, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for collecting information, relying on the outputs of the SPSS program to extract the results, and the hypothetical detective approach to analyze the results. The study concluded that there is a significant statistical effect of leadership styles on organizational commitment
