Résumé: يعتبر الشيك ورقة تجارية مهمة في حياة الناس مما جعل التشريعات تسارع إلى توفير الحماية اللازمة له . ونظرا لازدياد خطورة الجرائم الواقعة على الشيك نظير التطور التكنولوجي بتعدد صور تلك الجرائم كان التشريع الجزائري له ولتلك الجرائم بالمرصاد بتوفير الحماية الوقائية وتفعيل دور البنوك لخلق جانب وقائي كآلية رقابية على تلك الجرائم هذا إضافة إلى تحريك الجانب الجزائي وإعطاء النيابة العامة سلطات واسعة للحد من جرائم الشيك كآلية عقابية ردعية جزائية . Summarizing: The check is an important commercial paper in people's lives, which made the legislation quick to provide the necessary protection for it. In view of the increase in the seriousness of the crimes against the check due to the technological development in the multiplicity of these crimes, the Algerian legislation was on the lookout for it and those crimes by providing preventive protection and activating the role of banks to create a preventive aspect as a control mechanism for these crimes This is in addition to moving the criminal aspect and giving the Public Prosecution broad powers to limit check crimes as a punitive deterrent mechanism
