Résumé: This study deals with the role of environmental analysis in enhancing sustainable competitive advantage.The study indicates the determination of environmental analysiswith its internal and external types, and the achievement of the competitive advantage in its dimensions of quality ,flexibility, cost ,and time in the company Mobilis and the design of the study questionnaire to verify the theoretical frameworks of the independent variable, And its relation to the dependent variable ،,which is a sustainable competitive advantage.The hypotheses were selected based on the statistical analysis programwhich showed several results. ’ the most important of them are the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the internal and external environmental analysis’ and the promotion of the competitive advantage understudy. The study was divided into three chapters .The first chapter deals with the theoretical framework of internal environmental analysis’the second chapter is the external environmentalanalisis , and the third chapter is a case study . The study recommends the importance of studying the field for such subjects.
