التخطيط العمراني كآلية لحماية المدن من التلوث في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: يعد التخطيط العمراني لجمالية المدن وحمايتها من التلوث المرأة العاكسة لتطور الدول، حيث يضع مقاييس تستجيب لها البنايات وقد فرضت الحكومة الجزائرية جملة من القيود على تشييد المدن حيث أصدرت العديد من النصوص القانونية والتنظيمية فأي توسع في التجمعات السكانية أو إنشاء مدن جديدة يكون وفقا لمخططات تقنية تسهر عليها الجهات الإدارية ترمي لحماية العمران من البنايات الفوضوية والهشة وتعمل على إنشاء مدن منسجمة مع البيئة المحيطة, تحتوي على مساحات خضراء ذات رونق جمالي متناسق و اهم هذه المخططات على المستوى المحلي المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير ومخطط شغل الأراضي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التخطيط العمراني – آلية لحماية المدن – التلوث – التشريع الجزائري.
