استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى أساتذة الطور الإبتدائي في ظل جائحة كورونا

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي في ظل جائحة كورونا ومعرفة مدى تأثر استراتيجيات المواجهة بكل من السن، والخبرة المهنية . اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام قائمة المواجهة للمواقف الضاغطة CISS كأداة لجمع البيانات. الذي طبق على عينة تكونت من (65) أستاذ من مختلف المؤسسات التربوية الإبتدائية لمدينة بسكرة. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة الى أن أساليب المواجهة المستخدمة من طرف الأساتذة هي في المرتبة الأولى إستراتيجية حل المشكل ،وثانيا استراتيجية الإنفعال ، وثالثا استراتيجية التجنب. ولا توجد فروق في استراتيجيات المواجهة تبعا للسن والخبرة المهنية .كما تبين تأثر بعض أفراد العينة أثناء فترة الحجر الصحي بالقلق والتوتر ،الخوف من العدوى، إضطرابات النوم، والإضطرابات الغذائية . The current study aimed to identify the strategies to face the pressures on the teachers of primary school during the Corona pandemic and to know the extent to which coping strategies are affected by both age and professional experience.In doing so, we relied on the descriptive approach and the confrontation menu was used in CISS as a data collection tool. Which was applied to a sample of (65) teachers from various primary educational institutions of the city of Biskra. the results of the study concluded that the coping methods used by the teachers are in the first place the strategy of solving the problem, the second strategy of emotion and the third of avoidance . There are no differences in coping strategies depending on age and professional experience. It was also found that some respondents were affected during the quarantine period by anxiety, stress, and fear of infection, sleep disturbances, and eating disorders.
