مبدأ التقاضي على درجتين ودروه في تحقيق الأمن القضائي

Résumé: يعالج هذا المقال موضوع تأثير مبدأ التقاضي على درجتين في تحقيق الأمن القضائي، حيث تطرق إلى التعريف بمبدأ التقاضي على درجتين وبيان مشروعيته، ثم بيان علاقة التقاضي على درجتين بتحقيق الأمن القضائي من خلال توضيح ممارسة حق الطعن، وكفالة حق الدفاع ودعمه. وخلص البحث إلى جملة نتائج توجه الوصول إلى الحكم العادل، الذي من شأنه سيخلق استقرارا في المراكز القانونية. This article deals with the effect of the principle of litigation on two levels in achieving judicial security, which deals with the definition of the principle of litigation in two degrees and the statement of legality. It also discusses the relationship between litigation on two levels and the achievement of judicial security by clarifying the exercise of the right of appeal and ensuring the right of the defense and its support. Finally, we have reached a set of results that aims at reaching a fair Judgment that will create stability in legal centers.
