المشكلات النفسية المصاحبة لصدمة الإصابة بسرطان الثدي

Résumé: يعتبر مرض السرطان من الأمراض الخطيرة التي تفتك بحياة البشر في جميع بقاع العالم ويلاحظ ذلك من خلال زيادة معدل انتشاره ونسب الوفيات الناتجة عنه، وهو من الأسباب الرئيسية للوفيات في العالم إذ يحتل المرتبة الثانية بعد أمراض القلب. ويعتبر سرطان الثدي من أكثر أنواع السرطانات المنتشرة لدى المرأة، ومن أكثر الأمراض التي تخلف صدمة نفسية عميقة في حياة المرأة نظرا للأهمية الرمزية للثدي بالنسبة لها وفي تكوين صورتها الجسدية وهويتها الجنسية. فصدمة الإصابة بسرطان الثدي تجعل المرأة تعيش في حالة نفسية سيئة مما تؤدي إلى إختلال توازنها النفسي وتكيفها الاجتماعي نتيجة شعورها بالنقص الثقة بالنفس، اختلال صورة الجسد، الشعور بالذنب وغيرها من المشاعر السلبية، فحالة عدم الإتزان النفسي تتسبب لها في ظهور العديد من المشكلات النفسية. ونسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على المشكلات النفسية التي تنتج عن الإصابة بسرطان الثدي. Abstract: Cancer is considered a serious disease that kills human lives in all parts of the world, and this is noticed through the increase in its prevalence and death rates resulting from it, and it is one of the main causes of deaths in the world as it ranks second after heart diseases. Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women, and one of the diseases that leave a deep psychological trauma in a woman's life due to the symbolic importance of the breast for her and in the formation of her physical image and sexual identity. The trauma of breast cancer causes a woman to live in a bad psychological state, which leads to an imbalance of her psychological balance and social adaptation as a result of her feeling of lack of self-confidence, imbalance of body image, guilt and other negative feelings, as the state of psychological imbalance causes her to the emergence of many psychological problems. Through this scientific research, we are looking on the psychological problems that result from breast cancer.
