الصدمة النفسية لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي-دراسة ميدانية-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الصدمة النفسية لدى المرأة حديثة الإصابة بسرطان الثدي، معرفة أهم الاضطرابات النفسية الناتجة عن الصدمة النفسية، تم استخدام المنهج العيادي واستبيان تقييم الصدمة النفسية، أجريت الدراسة على حالة متواجدة بالمستشفى الجامعي بن زرجب-وهران- وهي زوجة مصابة بسرطان الثدي في وضعية استشفائية بعد التشخيص بورم خبيث وهي بصدد إجراء عملية استئصال الثدي، وتمثلت النتائج في: تعاني المرأة حديثة الإصابة بسرطان الثدي من مستوى مرتفع من الصدمة النفسية، وأهم الاضطرابات النفسية الناتجة عن الصدمة لنفسية لديها هي الاكتئاب والقلق، وفي الأخير تم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات . الكلمات المفتاحية: سرطان الثدي، الصدمة النفسية، المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي. Abstract: The study aims to reveal the level of psychological trauma in women who have recently had breast cancer, to know the most important psychological disorders resulting from psychological trauma, the clinical approach and the psychological trauma assessment questionnaire were used, the study was conducted on a case present in the University Hospital of Ben Zarjab-Oran - a wife with breast cancer. She is in a hospital setting after a malignant tumor is diagnosed and she is in the process of performing a mastectomy, and the results are: The newly diagnosed woman with breast cancer suffers from a high level of psychological trauma, and the most important psychological disorders resulting from her psychological trauma are depression and anxiety, and in the end a set of suggestions were presented.
