الفكر السياسي و الديمقراطي في الدستور الجزائري

Résumé: الملخص: تتناول الدراسة مسألة مستقبل الدولة الجزائرية في مصيرها السياسي والديمقراطي، من خلال نظريات فقهية غربية ، و فكر فلسفي مجسد في نظرية إبن خلدون، مع الوقوف والنظر في طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة السلطة المجسدة في الحاكم و الشعب، عنوانها الديمقراطية و شعارها تصحيح المسار السياسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياسة و الديمقراطية؛ نظرة ابن خلدون؛ تعديل الدستور. Abstract: The study deals with the question of the future of the Algerian state in its political and democratic fate, through Western doctrinal theories, and philosophical thought embodied in Ibn Khaldun's theory, with standing and looking at the nature of the relationship between the administration of authority embodied in the ruler and the people, whose title is democracy and its motto is to correct the political path.
