الأحزاب السياسية وضماناتها القانونية في النظام السياسي الجزائري

Résumé: تشكل الاحزاب السياسية عنصرا رئيسيا من عناصر النظم الديمقراطية ، فدورها اليوم ينعكس ايجابا وسلبا على مدى فاعلية النظام السياسي وطبيعته ، وكذلك على مستوى التطور الديمقراطي والتحديث السياسي وصنع السياسة العامة في كافة المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. رغم تكريس الدستور الجزائري لحرية تاسيس الاحزاب منذ الانفتاح السياسي لسنة 1989، فان الضمانات الممنوحة لممارستها اختلفت حسب النصوص القانونية الثلاثة التي تناولت موضوع الاحزاب. The Political parties it has become an essential element of democratic systems, its performance today reflected positively or negatively on the effectiveness of the political system and its nature, as well as on the level of democratic development and political modernization, as well as its participation in drawing and making the states general policy and franing it in all political fields , economic and social spheres. Algerian constitution devoted the freedom of political parties since political openness in 1989 , but the guarantees of its exercise differed between the three texts.
