Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر استراتيجية الكايزن على أداء الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر. أين تم تمثيل استراتيجية الكايزن في كل من ثقافة التحسين المستمر، القضاء على الضياع أو الهدر، وضع قواعد العمل، وقد تم اعتماد 30 استبيان وزع على إطارات مؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر ، كما تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة أن ثقافة التحسين المستمر كان لها الاثر الأكبر على أداء الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر يليها القضاء على الهدر أو الضياع وأخيرا وضع قواعد العمل. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of the kaizen strategy on the performance of human resources in the Amor Benamor Mills. Where was the kaizen strategy represented in the culture of continuous improvement, waste elimination, business rule-setting), and 30 questionnaires were distributed to the frameworks of the Amor Benamor Mills, and the descriptive analytical approach was also adopted.
