درجة امتلاك مدراء المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء للكفايات التقنية والإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء للكفايات التقنية والإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من ) 500 ( معلماً ومعلمة طبقت عليهم أداة الدراسة وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج منها: جاءت درجة امتلاك الكفايات التقنية والإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر معلميهم بدرجة متوسطة، وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك الكفايات التقنية والإدارية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة في المجال التقني، وأن هذه الفروق جاءت لصالح ) 10 سنوات فأكثر(. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي في درجة امتلاك الكفايات التقنية والإدارية. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها بإعداد وتصميم برامج تدريبية لتنمية وتطوير مديري المدارس في ضوء كفاياتهم التقنية والإدارية. The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of possessing and practicing administrative and technical efficiencies by principals of public schools in Zarqa Governate from teacher's point of view in the light of gender, scientific qualification and years experience persectines. To achieve the aim of this study a random sample was chosen consists of (500) male and female teachers. The study showed number of results: The degree of possessing administrative and technical efficiencies was in an average level in general. In addition, the findings showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of possessing administrative and technical efficiencies due to the effect of experience variable in the technical field, and those differences came to (10 years and more) Further more, the findings showed that there were no significant statistical differences due to the effect of gender and scientific variable in the degree of possessing administrative and technical efficiencies. In the light of the results of this study, the researcher recommends in establishing and designing training programs in order to develop and improve the principals in the light of their administrative and technical efficiencies.
