درجة صنع القرار لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Résumé: هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف إلى درجة صنع القرار لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام فريق الباحثين باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم تطبيق الدراسة وفقاً لطريقة العينة العشوائية، حيث بلغت العينة على (650) معلماً ومعلمة من مدارس محافظة الخليل. ولغرض جمع البيانات أُعِدت استبانة لقياس درجة صنع القرار تكونت من (67) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات وهي (تحديد المشكلة وتشخيصها، جمع البيانات والمعلومات، تحديد البدائل المتاحة وتقويمها، اختيار البديل المناسب، اتخاذ القرار، ومتابعة تنفيذ القرار)، وتوصلتْ الدراسة الى ان درجة ممارسة عمليات صنع القرار من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة الخليل كانت متوسطة في جميع مجالات. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو درجة ممارسة المديرين لعمليات صنع القرار تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس. Abstract : The study aimed at identifying the degree of decision-making among public school principals in Hebron Governorate and its relationship with some variables from the teachers’ point of view. For achieving the study objectives, the team of researchers used the descriptive analysis approach. The study was applied based on the stratified random sample, as the study sample consisted of (650) teachers from schools in Hebron Governorate. For the purpose of data collection, a questionnaire was prepared to measure the Decision Making practiced by school principals in Hebron Governorate from the teachers' point of view. The questionnaire was formed of (67) into six sections which are (identifying and diagnosing the problem, collecting data and information, determining the available alternatives and evaluating them, choosing the appropriate alternative, making the decision, and following up on the implementation of the decision). The study found that the degree of practicing decision-making processes from the point of view of teachers in Hebron Governorate was medium in all sections. It was also found that there were no differences between the estimates of the study sample members towards the degree to which principals practice decision-making processes due to variables: gender.
